RETURNS

Our returns policy can be found in the Store Regulations and does not interfere with your statutory rights.

Now we offer the right to return the ordered goods up to 30 days without giving a reason.

You can return any goods that have been purchased in our Store, with the exception of goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, e.g. open cosmetics and other products that come into direct contact with the skin. In addition, you are legally liable for a decrease in the value of the goods as a result of handling them in a different way than is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature, properties and functioning of the goods (e.g. if you use perfumes also after you have tried them once) ).


If you decide to return the goods, please inform us clearly about your decision within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. For this purpose, please use the model Model Withdrawal from the Agreement, which is available in the Order Details in the Customer Panel, and send it to our office by e-mail to the following address: info@babzandbrawn.com or by post to the address below.

Please make sure that the returned goods have not been opened and are in their original packaging. The condition of the goods being returned must be flawless - all stickers, tags, stickers, etc. must be intact.
If, in connection with the concluded contract, you also received additional goods from us free of charge ("Freebies"), they will also be returned.

Please send the goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, to our address provided in the Store Regulations (and also below in the Return Procedure).

After checking and accepting the return, we will refund the purchase price of the goods, no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. However, we may legally withhold payment until you return the goods to us. In the event that you withdraw from the contract within the first 14 days from the delivery of the goods, you are also entitled to reimbursement of the cost of delivery of the goods in the amount corresponding to the cheapest method of delivery of the goods.



Return Procedure:

1. Prepare the product for return: make sure that it is properly packed so that it is protected during shipping, preferably in the original packaging.

2. Fill out and print the Declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract, received in the attachment by e-mail confirming the order and insert it into the package together with the goods.

3. Send the package to the following address:

4. Upon receipt of the parcel, the product is inspected and, if it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a refund based on the original method of payment, unless you explicitly stated otherwise. In any case, the refund will not incur any additional charges for you, but you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

What should I do if I have received the wrong product?

Our order packing standards are very high. Nevertheless, errors can occasionally occur. We apologize if you have received incorrect goods. Our goal is to respond to your requests quickly and efficiently, guaranteeing you the highest possible comfort of using our services.

We consider each case individually. In rare cases, we may ask for photos of the products, which will allow us to best determine the further procedure. Our goal is to solve the problem as quickly and conveniently as possible.


What should I do if the ordered goods are defective?


Check the received products before using them. If one (or more) of them has any defects, then you must report it to us as soon as possible so that we can start dealing with your complaint.

We are sorry if you have received a defective or damaged product. We will try to fix this problem as soon as possible.
Contact us for a complaint via a Report in the Customer Panel or by phone. You will have to determine exactly what the defect is as soon as you detect it. If possible, attach photos of the product. Then we'll let you know what to do next.

How to return the goods?

We are happy to reimburse shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake. E.g:

- We shipped the wrong product (not ordered or not in the version you wanted)

- The goods you have received are defective or damaged

If we find that the goods were not defective or damaged, we will not refund the shipping costs. In this case, the cost of shipping the goods back to you will depend on the product. You will be informed about them as soon as the testing period ends.

Complaints and grievances

If you are not satisfied with the way a product return or exchange has been handled, we'd love to hear about it. Our goal is to solve the problem
